How will these tests help?

The group of tests you will be undergoing is designed to help us understand why you are experiencing pain during ejaculation. Pain during ejaculation is also known as dysorgasmia or orgasmalgia

The tests are divided into two groups which are aimed at helping us better understand your symptoms. The first group of tests are: Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test, Urinalysis, Urine Culture, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Semen Analysis, Ultrasound Imaging, Urodynamic Testing, Hormone Tests (such as testosterone and prolactin), and Cystoscopy

These tests will help us to determine whether there is an underlying physical cause to your pain during ejaculation, such as a prostate or urinary infection, or a hormone imbalance. The second group of tests are Urethroscopy

This test will allow us to view the inside of the urethra, which is the tube that carries urine and semen out of the body. This will help us to identify any blockages or narrowing of the urethra, which could be causing the pain during ejaculation

By conducting these tests, we will be able to better understand and diagnose the cause of your pain during ejaculation.
