Dengue Symptoms

Common Symptoms of dengue fever include joint pain, fever, malaise, rash, nausea and vomitting

Joint Pain

Joint pain in dengue is usually severe, and may be seen during the dengue fever or much later.

Fever

The fever is initially usually high (around 40 degrees) and lasts between 2-7 days.

Rash

Patients often show a rash (redness of skin) and it appears on day 1 -2 of the fever

Redness of eyes

Patients may show bloodshot eyes or red eyes.
